I'm a lover of the outdoors, warm golden light, and those in-between moments that steal your heart away. There's so much beauty in this world, and I'm endlessly energized by capturing the details that pull us back into those moments & places that make us who we are.
I've got three darling babes of my own & am married to my partner of more than 20 years. My crew loves adventure just as much as I do, and together we're always discovering new places & learning more about this beautiful world, and of course, taking a million photos along the way!
As you can imagine, having three little ones running around has made me well aware of the worries that parents feel when looking for the right photographer & scheduling a session. I get it, mama, wholeheartedly. There's the stress of styling everyone in the family - I've got you! I have an incredible online styling tool to style each of the families I photograph & give you exact links to purchase the perfect pieces. I'll help you feel confident that your crew will coordinate beautifully.
There's the worry that your kiddos won't cooperate - I promise I'm not looking for their "smile & say cheese" face. And if you're here & loving what you see, I know you're not looking for that either. I want to capture authentic moments between you & them, the little things they do in this stage of life that make your heart skip a beat, the ones you never want to forget. I'll give them the time & space they need to be themselves, we'll play games & you'll snuggle, and spend the evening making memories they'll love to look back on.
My sessions are nowhere near traditional. The aim is for you & your family to experience and connect with each other, not my camera. I'm there to guide you into moments that are real to your family, and to capture the love story that is uniquely yours.

FAQ
Can we adventure together?
Absolutely! I love to explore & have found so many beautiful locations within hours of Wichita! Travel will be charged per hour outside of the 67212 zip code. I've got lots of ideas, so just let me know you're interested & we'll make a plan for an epic adventure!
When do you schedule sessions?
Outdoor sessions will be scheduled about an hour before sunset. That will change depending on the time of year. Summer sessions will be later in the day than spring & fall sessions.
Studio sessions are scheduled on the weekend between 10:30 in the morning & 1:30 in the afternoon to take advantage of the beautiful light streaming into the studio.
When will we get our photos?
You'll receive an invitation to your online gallery within 3 weeks of your session. During busy season, that time may be extended to 4 weeks.
What types of sessions do you offer?
I am currently offering maternity, family, couples, and solo sessions
(perfect for high school seniors or branding sessions).
Boudoir sessions may be scheduled based on studio availability. Please contact me for boudoir inquiries.
I am no longer photographing any types of events, cake smashes, child-only sessions, newborns or extended families. I am happy to recommend wonderful photographers who specialize in those areas.
